SHIPPING

1. Technology Indulane Inc. has the right to modify at any time the shipping charges without notice.
2. Items will be shipped as soon as possible once your order is accepted. Processing and delivery times may vary according to the shipping address and product availability, and may be affected by other factors not in the control of Technology Indulane Inc. Delivery dates are estimated and not guaranteed.
3. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday (holidays excluded). Your package will be shipped by the shipping company identified when you place your order (typically Canada Post).
4. As soon as the shipping company takes possession of the products, Technology Indulane Inc. relinquishes all property rights to the buyer.
5. Delivery of the products is subject to the rules of the shipping company as well as the rules concerning the signature acknowledging receipt of the products. If you are absent at the time of delivery, you will be responsible for tracking and collecting the products according to the rules and procedures of the shipping company.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Technology Indulane Inc. offers refunds on products purchased online, within 21 days of purchase. Only products that are unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and packaging, and with the price tags still attached, will be eligible for return and refund. Refunds will be made by the same method of payment used for the original purchase. [We strongly recommend you do not remove your undergarments when trying on panties, teddies and swimsuits until you are sure that the fit and style are to your liking.]

For products purchased during or in connection with a promotion, please note that the return of such products may cause the promotional terms to no longer be met. In this case, the value of the returned item and any items included in the promotion will be recalculated to match the new terms of sale.

For alternate items, return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order on our site for a new item.

Technology Indulane Inc. reserves the right to refuse any exchanges or requests for refunds for products that are not specified above, including items that have been worn, abused, altered, soiled, washed or damaged in any way. Items received in such condition will be returned to the customer. No credit will be issued, and the purchaser will be charged for the return shipment and forfeit all claims.

No refund or credit will be given for shipping and handling charges, unless the original product was defective or if the exchange or refund is the result of an error by Technology Indulane Inc. Credit card information is sent to Beanstream servers. The information sent is parsed into a format the bank gateway understands and is sent to the bank via the internet. Once the bank receives this information, it is passed through the banking network. Annie&Hallie’s account is credited, the consumer’s credit card account is debited, and an authorization is sent back to Beanstream servers. At this point a receipt is generated and sent to the consumer’s web browser and an email order notification is sent to the merchant. This all takes less than 30 seconds.
